IDEAS'2003 workshop is presented as a mean of
encouraging the interchange of knowledge and narrowing the national and
international relationships between research groups with the same objectives and
expectatives in several fields on Requirements Engineering and Software
Environments. The aim is to continue the work made in IDEAS'98, (Torres, Brasil),
IDEAS'99 (San José, Costa Rica), IDEAS'00 (Cancún, Mexico), IDEAS’01
(Heredia, Costa Rica) and IDEAS´02 (La Habana, Cuba).
The official languages are Spanish, Portuguese and
English.

The papers must have an extension of 12 pages (maximum), including figures and bibliographic references. They must be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English (official languages of the Workshop).

The final versions of the accepted works will adapt to the following format:
Length (full included): 2 pages (full papers) or 6 pages (short papers).
Columns: one.
Page size: Letter (8 1/2 x 11)
Text: normal, New Times Roman 10.
Programs code: New Courier 9.
Spacing: single.
Margins: bottom and down (2'5 cms), left and right (3 cms).
Heading and foot: none.
Page numbers: No.
File format: Word (DOC) or RTF.
Title: Times New Roman 14 bold centered
Authors, affiliation and mail: Times New Roman 11 italic centered.
